Genome-wide duplication or duplication of chromosome segments can produce a large number of duplicated genes. In addition, single-gene duplication can also produce a large number of duplicated genes. Single-gene replication includes tandem duplication (TD), proximal duplication (PD) and transposed duplication (TRD), dispersed duplication (DSD). DupGen_finder software was used to identify different modes of gene duplication events and the results can be downloaded from this page.
